Why the plan looks like this
- 4 strength sessions a week: Upper A, Lower A, Upper B, Lower B.
- Training days: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri — spread out to leave recovery time.
- Goal "general fitness": main lifts 6–10 reps, accessories 10–15 reps.
- Sessions fit 45 minutes including an 8-minute warm-up.
- Week 4 is a lighter recovery week (fewer sets, easier effort).
- Main lifts get an extra set in week 3.
Who it's for
- You train at home with dumbbells.
- You've trained for a while and want 4 days a week.
- You have about 45 minutes per session.
What you need: Dumbbells (a few pairs, or adjustable ones) and some floor space.

Questions
- Why upper and lower days instead of full body?
- With four days, splitting the body in two lets each session focus on half of it, and each half still gets trained twice a week. HybFit's rules choose the split from the number of days you pick.
- What if my dumbbells feel too light?
- The plan adds reps first, then weight. When you reach the top of a rep range with your heaviest pair, heavier or adjustable dumbbells give you room to keep progressing.
